Nelson D is a Multimedia artist, including painting, photography, music, dance, video and installation. Born in the Brazilian Amazon, grew up in Italy and is currently based in Sao Paulo.
Using photography and watercolor painting, he seeks an interaction of style and aesthetics, creating compositions and portraits that converge into a sensible reading of contemporary social imaginary.
His portfolio includes displays in Milan (Italy), Porto (Portugal), Barcelona (Spain) and Sao Paulo (Brazil). Guest lecturer at the Art Academy of Brera in Milan. Currently taking part in the guest artist's exhibition at renowned Atelier Pivô in Sao Paulo.
