Nelson D has produced new artists in the national Brazilian scene, such as Banda Uó, Danna Lisboa and Tassia Reis. Some of the most important influences in which he finds the roots of his music are Jazz, Hip Hop, Rhythm and blues and Electronica.
In 2014 his first self-produced album, the homonym "Nelson D", was released with exclusivity by Thump, the electronic music and culture website.
